What you will do

• Develop and expand business within the defense, government, and aerospace industries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Strengthen market leadership for Time & Sync / PNT technology.
• Manage and coordinate a regional network of Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators.
• Implement growth strategies for new product launches.
• Identify and pursue new PNT project opportunities and accounts.
• Provide market feedback to align strategic company direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international sales or business development within defense, government, or aerospace.
• Fluent in English and German (written and oral).
• Expertise in Time & Sync technology or PNT.
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive, sales-driven attitude.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex organizational structures.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to achieving business goals.
