What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between platform product owners and the Data Strategy/BIRA organization to align platform roadmaps with analytics needs.
• Establish structured communication loops to ensure visibility into release cycles, migrations, and decommissions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in data availability, quality, and integration.
• Maintain visibility into analytics assets and dependencies across platforms like Salesforce and Clarity PPM.
• Partner with Data Stewardship to ensure consistent metric definitions and business logic across all reporting systems.
• Provide initiative management for platform modernization and migration efforts that impact data integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business systems ownership, or data platform governance.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise business or data platforms such as Salesforce or Clarity PPM.
• Proven ability to document analytics, reporting, and data requirements effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse business and technology organizations.
• Ability to translate complex technical inputs into clear downstream impacts for reporting and analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience using Tableau or similar enterprise BI visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and enterprise reporting structures.
