What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner in defining multi-year priorities and investment focus.
• Translate portfolio strategy into executable transformation roadmaps.
• Help define and evolve scalable frameworks across Content Production, Localization and Publishing.
• Orchestrate execution, manage dependencies, and drive sustained adoption.
• Identify systemic friction across the content-to-release lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that reduce rework, increase predictability, and improve throughput.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a program manager in gaming, tech or entertainment.
• Experience working with content production workflows and digital asset management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable workflows that support asset creation, localization, distribution, and lifecycle management across a global ecosystem.
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
