Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.
• Build features, MVPs, scalable applications, and customer-focused tools.
• Develop full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcriber optimization.
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Prioritize multiple projects, solve customer problems iteratively, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent, ownership-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
