Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Translate customer priorities and business problems into high-impact Agentic AI use cases for enterprise sales cycles.
• Design and execute proof-of-value projects combining customer data, AI or ML models, and the hirify.global platform.
• Build technical prototypes, demonstrations, and production-grade integration workflows using Python, APIs, and modern AI models.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design solutions.
• Present strategic value, implementation roadmaps, and technical recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with Product while creating reusable tools, collateral, and best practices for Solution Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value projects across multiple high-stakes prospects.
• Experience supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals through discovery, strategic positioning, and resolution of technical objections.
• Customer-centric, collaborative approach with the ability to work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

• 3–10 years of experience in enterprise Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, B2B SaaS, or senior technical consulting.
• Understanding of REST API design, integration, and authentication.
• Experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models with scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience applying AI to financial services use cases such as fraud detection, credit scoring, or underwriting.
• Financial services domain expertise across banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments.
