What you will do

• Translate customer priorities into high-impact use cases leveraging hirify.global.
• Build demos and support the sales team in creating business cases.
• Collaborate with partners to design solutions in hirify.global's Decisioning Platform.
• Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunities to stakeholders.
• Onboard customer teams to solve real-world problems using hirify.global.
• Provide feedback to product management to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering or as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curiosity and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage project scope and timelines.
