Master Fullstack Developer (Python + React) (AI)

Location: Remote in Brazil

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into technical designs and production-ready software.
• Build Python backend services, REST APIs, external integrations, and React applications for complex business workflows.
• Design resilient systems using asynchronous processing, retries, fault tolerance, message queues, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop reusable UI components and design-system contributions with Storybook, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Implement testing, observability, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD using tools such as Playwright, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Investigate production issues, fix bugs, contribute to architecture decisions, and use AI tools with careful review and engineering judgment.

Requirements

• Advanced English is required.
• Production experience with both backend and frontend development, including Python, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST integration.
• Experience with Docker, API Gateway, PostgreSQL, event-driven and asynchronous processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, observability with OpenTelemetry or Grafana, Terraform, Storybook, Playwright, Git, and design systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems, resilience patterns, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, production troubleshooting, accessibility, and clear communication.
• Ability to validate, correct, and take responsibility for AI-assisted output.

Nice to have

• AI or LLM integrations and enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience with Jest, Cypress, large-scale design systems, cloud frontend deployments, or mentoring.
