Account Specialist (Aviation)

TL;DR

Account Specialist (Aviation): Handling high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for channel partner accounts with an accent on purchase order validation, account configuration, and billing structure management. Location: Redmond, WA. Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed. Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Salary: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00/per year

What you will do

• Review and validate purchase orders and documents for compliance.
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures.
• Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per the customer’s contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.
• Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals.
• Maintain precise records in internal systems and trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
