Account Specialist, Starlink Enterprise Account Management (Aviation)

Location: Woodinville, Washington, United States; travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events may be required.

Salary: $82,000–$100,000 per year for Account Specialist/Level I.

What you will do

• Review and validate purchase orders, authorizations, pricing, and related documents for compliance.
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures.
• Apply contract pricing, discounts, and commercial terms accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.
• Track order timelines, revenue risks, activation goals, and invoicing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and recommend scalable process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret contracts, pricing, and billing rules.
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
• Must satisfy U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.
