What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to reach out and convert inbound leads.
- Engage in a consultative sales process, helping prospects identify solutions tailored to their needs.
- Educate potential customers on hirify.global's unique value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage and track lead information using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience and a passion for building a career in sales.
- Proactive and driven with a self-starting attitude.
- Customer-centric with a keen understanding of customer needs.
- Empathetic communicator with active listening skills.
- Resilient and disciplined, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English or Spanish.
