Sales Development Representative (AI): Building and managing sales pipelines for a high-growth business communications platform with an accent on consultative lead qualification and prospect engagement. Focus on driving revenue through effective CRM management, conducting discovery calls, and showcasing AI-powered solutions to prospective customers.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

What you will do
- Partner with international sales teams to convert and qualify inbound leads.
- Execute consultative sales processes to understand prospect needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the unique value proposition of the AI communication platform.
- Manage the lead pipeline effectively by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain data accuracy and track interactions within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Toronto, ON and able to work 4 days from our office.
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English or Spanish required.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting KPIs.
- Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced SaaS scale-up environment.
