Solution Consultant, Senior (ERP)

Senior Solution Consultant (ERP): Providing solution and industry expertise to hirify.global prospects and customers in support of driving license revenue and customer success with an accent on uncovering strategic objectives and business opportunities with prospect stakeholders during discovery. Focus on leading solution presentations and demonstrations, working alongside colleagues from sales management and sales execution, product marketing, the services business unit, alliances, and value engineering.

What you will do

• Support the sales process and interact with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities.
• Work with account executives on sales opportunities, including defining the solution scope and designing the account strategy.
• Lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers that rehirify.globalce solution value at various audience levels.
• Transform the Solution Consulting community within hirify.global through teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Participate in shared activities such as marketing events, value engineering engagements, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Experience within Local Government or of Pathway products.
• Experience supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers.
• Experience working with account executives on sales opportunities.
• Experience leading solution demonstrations to prospects and customers.
