What you will do
- Evolve the existing Salesforce foundation by uplifting code quality and refining bulk-data handling patterns.
- Maintain robust security and data access models to ensure compliance with privacy obligations.
- Define the technical direction, including coding standards, trigger patterns, and integration playbooks.
- Manage an ongoing program to eliminate technical debt and improve platform maintainability.
- Enhance the CI/CD pipeline to automate quality checks and ensure early detection of issues.
- Collaborate with the AI and Data team to prepare the platform for AI integration and new product features.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience in a senior or lead Salesforce development role.
- Deep expertise in Apex triggers, batch classes, and async processing patterns for scalable systems.
- Proven ability to modernize legacy Salesforce codebases and make them production-ready.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including sharing rules and field-level permissions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Confidence in developing with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce approaches.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Familiarity with AgentForce, Einstein, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
- Background in automotive, CRM, or subscription SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of integration middleware like MuleSoft or Jitterbit.
