What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams on the pipeline of CRM enhancements.
- Lead the execution of the CRM training strategy and create engaging training documentation.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for expert-level system support.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive process improvements.
- Mentor Sales CRM Analysts and foster relationships across Sales Operations and Technology departments.
Requirements
- Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
- Background in media sales with operational knowledge of multi-platform organizations.
- Experience managing large-scale, evolving technology solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in training end-users and building effective documentation.
- Strong analytical ability to build reports and recommend process improvements.
- Previous experience with Salesforce platform.
