What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with development teams on the pipeline of CRM enhancements.
  • Lead the execution of the CRM training strategy and create engaging training documentation.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for expert-level system support.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive process improvements.
  • Mentor Sales CRM Analysts and foster relationships across Sales Operations and Technology departments.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
  • Background in media sales with operational knowledge of multi-platform organizations.
  • Experience managing large-scale, evolving technology solutions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Skilled in training end-users and building effective documentation.
  • Strong analytical ability to build reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce platform.
