What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce integrations.
• Translate product requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Manage sophisticated Salesforce stacks including Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical dependencies and deliver features.
• Integrate Salesforce with AWS and Snowflake ecosystems.
• Leverage Data Cloud and Agentforce to drive AI-enabled features.

Requirements

• Deep experience within the Salesforce ecosystem with strong hands-on development in Apex.
• Proficiency in customisations using Lightning Web Components and SOQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex needs into practical technical designs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern Salesforce AI capabilities such as Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Must be located in or willing to work from Perth, Australia.
