What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Inspire Flex and Inspire Evolve solutions.
- Engage with clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored CCM workflows.
- Develop and document communication templates following industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for high-quality delivery.
- Deliver training and coaching sessions to ensure successful client adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CCM solution implementation.
- Expertise in document composition, template design, data integration, and workflow automation.
- Technical proficiency in XML, XSLT, SQL, and Java-based scripting.
- Ability to drive assignments independently with minimal guidance.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like OpenShift, Jenkins, Chef, or Puppet.
- Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
