What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for payer customers including planning, configuration, and go-live support.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
• Establish and manage cross-functional internal project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and deliver project status reports, presentations, and essential implementation documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations while identifying opportunities to improve methodology and customer experience.
• Coordinate customer training sessions and facilitate governance or troubleshooting calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP certification required (or in progress)
• 5+ years of project management experience in a client-facing software implementation capacity
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and project management frameworks like Agile and Waterfall
• Must be able to work US time zones (Central, Mountain, or Pacific)
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite

• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity
• Experience in managing complex cross-functional software deployments
