Salary: $128,900–$157,500

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end project management operations for DNA core banking implementations and enhancements.
• Drive enterprise initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate governance forums and executive-level updates to ensure transparency.
• Manage project financials, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation across interconnected systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading enterprise-level technology or system implementation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Ability to perform onsite work in Tukwila, WA if living within driving distance.

• Advanced degree.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• Experience in financial services or core banking environments.
• Knowledge of DNA platforms and cloud-based environments (Azure).
