Location: Preferred to be based in the Eastern United States.
Salary: $110,000 — $160,000 USD + Variable Compensation

What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Create ongoing enablement programs for sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date sales content, including decks, playbooks, and case studies.
- Reinforce consistent use of the defined sales process and methodology.
- Serve as a bridge between field teams and HQ functions, surfacing what sellers need to win.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through internal forums and community channels.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advantage to previous experience from a Cybersecurity Startup company.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales motions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in developing onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps).
