Location: Must be based in the USA (San Francisco or Remote)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building automation software for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners.

What you will do

  • Develop and facilitate role-specific training programs for sales and customer success teams.
  • Create high-impact sales collateral to support the full customer lifecycle and sales cycle.
  • Conduct deep dives into sales calls using Gong to identify gaps and drive targeted coaching.
  • Own the design and implementation of sales methodologies including MEDDPICC, SPIN, and Sandler.
  • Translate product launches and marketing messaging into actionable sales resources and training.
  • Lead enablement initiatives for new and existing partnerships to drive successful adoption.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC or MEDDIC.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training and onboarding programs.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex features into customer-centric narratives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance enablement materials.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a practitioner in audit, advisory, or tax sectors.
  • Previous experience building corporate-level training programs.
