Location: US Remote

Salary: $86,600 - $115,800 USD for candidates residing in the United States.

What you will do

  • Own the optimization of the sales journey and Titan productivity, designing and executing a world-class sales experience.
  • Innovate sales productivity tools through AI transformation and adoption, measuring performance and driving improvement.
  • Build, maintain, and evangelize playbooks that codify the "Sales Titan" way, ensuring value-based selling.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales, ensuring strategies and collateral are translated into seller-speak.
  • Orchestrate creation and execution of programs by leveraging resources across the organization.
  • Develop "Always-on" learning paths that support the promotion cycle through the department ladder and lattice to other teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing quota-carrying role.
  • Strong understanding of sales acumen and B2B SaaS experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be a team player.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software.

Nice to have

  • Experience in people management or a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Experience in the home services industry or adjacent trades.
