What you will do
- Build strong relationships with partners and understand their requirements through regular video calls.
- Provide after-sales support to help partners retain their customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding partner needs and improvements.
- Onboard and train new LATAM partners via video call and email.
- Help partners implement hirify.global for their clients, ensuring a customized experience.
- Understand partner problems and needs, gathering feedback to improve the product.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Proactive, fast learner with a problem-solving mindset and growth mentality.
- Good sense of analysis to understand market specificities and translate knowledge to the Product team.
- Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner, Consultant, Account Manager, or in Payroll.
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus.
