TL;DR

Account Manager (Retail Media): Managing strategic client relationships for retail and marketplace platforms to drive monetization and ad product adoption with an accent on data-driven performance tuning and auction strategy. Focus on translating complex product capabilities into actionable business outcomes and serving as a cross-functional advocate for client needs.

Location: Hybrid roles based in Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Lima, Mexico City, or Santiago.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, overseeing onboarding, platform optimization, and long-term growth.
  • Develop deep insights into client business models to tailor adoption strategies and maximize ad revenue.
  • Collaborate with clients on auction performance, relevance tuning, and sponsored ad strategy to improve ROAS.
  • Lead QBRs and performance reviews using data-backed insights to guide future decision-making.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities by introducing new formats or expanding auction inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing account management, consulting, or customer success roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting product data into client strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional fluency in English is required for effective collaboration.

  • Experience working within fast-paced tech companies, SaaS platforms, or marketplace ecosystems.
