What you will do

• Build and execute a consultant relations strategy that drives hirify.global awareness and advocacy across the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit space.
• Lead and develop a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers.
• Drive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
• Educate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms.
• Partner with internal marketing to execute targeted consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
• Provide competitive intelligence and consultant viewpoints to internal stakeholders to inform product and growth roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients.
• Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms.
• Expertise in navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to practice candor in high-stakes negotiations.
• Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
