What you will do
- Build and execute a consultant relations strategy that drives awareness and advocacy across the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit space.
- Lead and develop a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers.
- Drive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
- Educate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms.
- Partner with internal marketing to execute targeted consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
- Provide competitive intelligence and consultant viewpoints to internal stakeholders to inform product and growth roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients.
- Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms.
- Expertise in navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to practice candor in high-stakes negotiations.
- Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
