Location: Austin, TX or Toronto, ON. Expectation of approximately 3 days per week in-office, as business and team needs require.
Salary: $55,000–$77,000 USD (USA-based roles) or $56,000–$78,000 CAD (Canada-based roles), plus commission and benefits.

What you will do
- Generate qualified outbound pipeline and handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects in new and existing Commercial accounts, facilitating smooth introductions to Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and others to leverage their insights and expertise to achieve shared goals.
- Build and improve skills in pipeline generation.
- Deepen understanding of the product, its use cases, and company initiatives through onboarding and the Learning Management System.
- Utilize an industry-leading software stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn, to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles.
- Motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Value teamwork and collaboration with Account Executives.
- Embrace feedback, continuously seeking learning opportunities, and are committed to growing within the Sales organization.
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools.
