What you will do
- Build trust across company leadership and cultivate relationships with Game GMs and key cross-functional leaders.
- Collaborate with Game GMs, leadership, and cross-functional partners to align E&P's vision with company priorities.
- Inspire the team and stakeholders to pursue creative excellence and commercial impact.
- Move E&P from development into delivery, ensuring products and experiences impact player engagement and franchise growth.
- Empower the team by listening, clearing roadblocks, and building an environment for them to do their best work.
- Own E&P's budget, planning cycles, P&L management, and organizational design.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (20+ years) in senior leadership within global entertainment franchises or gaming-native franchise-building.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional organizations where influence matters more than control.
- Master relationship-builder and organizational navigator.
- Product and player-impact mindset, comfortable connecting entertainment efforts to game metrics.
- Thrives in high-autonomy, low-process environments.
- Ready for significant Global travel, especially to Helsinki (20~25%).
