What you will do
- Manage the email channel end-to-end, delivering strategic and tactical operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Influence stakeholders using technical email expertise to ensure best practices in Salesforce account setup and template creation.
- Collaborate on email design with agency partners and internal brand teams.
- Analyze and report on email engagement and commercial KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of control processes behind the design, build, and send of marketing emails.
- Create and manage test & learn programs to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Technical and specialized understanding of email marketing with hands-on experience managing email campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and the end-to-end campaign management process.
- Experience with email platforms, design tools, and languages including Salesforce, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, and HTML/CSS Coding.
- Strong analytical capabilities to build data-driven insights using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge ideas and decisions.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Kanban boards, and project management platforms.
