What you will do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies to capture demand in DACH and broader European markets.
- Build, scale, and coach a high-performance sales team consisting of Account Executives and BDRs.
- Personally own and close key mid-market deals while modeling best-in-class discovery and negotiation.
- Establish robust sales processes, KPIs, and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
- Lead the BDR team to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and meeting conversion.
- Report directly to founders and own ARR and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany or Austria.
- Fluency in German at a C2 level is essential.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or player-coach role.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS to €10M+ ARR.
- Deep understanding of the European, specifically DACH, sales landscape.
- Ability to sell to technical buyers such as CTOs and IT/Security leads.
Nice to have
- Background in compliance, GRC, or adjacent SaaS verticals.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, or NIS2.
- Experience building a sales function from early-stage through scale.
- Prior experience at a Series A–C B2B SaaS startup.
