What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives in AMER, reporting to the Sr. Global Director of Business/Sales Development.
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and social channels.
- Build and maintain scalable processes for prospecting, data management, and lead qualification.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure understanding, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of experience as an inside sales or business development leader.
- Preferable background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, with technical buyers.
- Experience exceeding goals and scaling and retaining teams.
- Data-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
