What you will do

  • Proactively qualify leads through multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and automation tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and identify key stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support marketing initiatives like webinars and events to nurture leads into conversations.
  • Drive account-based outreach by identifying strategic accounts and presenting international case studies.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong interest in B2B software and understanding of complex customer challenges.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of pipeline building and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional calls and event moderation.
