What you will do
- Proactively qualify leads through multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and automation tools.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and identify key stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Support marketing initiatives like webinars and events to nurture leads into conversations.
- Drive account-based outreach by identifying strategic accounts and presenting international case studies.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills are required.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong interest in B2B software and understanding of complex customer challenges.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to take ownership of pipeline building and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for professional calls and event moderation.
