What you will do

  • Own the outbound pipeline to find and engage top talent through various channels.
  • Manage the entire recruitment journey from initial contact to offer for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective interview plans.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience, reflecting the company culture.
  • Maintain organized pipelines and structured feedback using Teamtailor.
  • Help maintain recruitment speed without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving startup or product tech company.
  • Proven ability to build talent maps and craft effective outreach strategies.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Hands-on experience with Teamtailor or a similar ATS.
  • English: Fluent, with strong rapport-building skills.
  • Passion for recruitment and connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
