What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, managing the full lifecycle from renewals to expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in product, legal, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and regional compliance needs.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Integration Engineering and Legal, to ensure successful onboarding and deployment.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive net revenue retention.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer needs and regulatory trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and driving customer growth.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder decision-making environments.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in gaming, digital platforms, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language beyond English.
