Focus on managing high-impact relationships with cloud providers and ISVs, driving co-sell motions, and feeding technical partner insights back into the core product roadmap.

Location: Must be based in Boston or San Francisco

What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of a named portfolio of ecosystem and strategic partners.
  • Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing and co-sell motions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership scopes and financial terms in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Act as the internal voice of partners to surface product feedback and technical blockers to engineering teams.
  • Track and report on performance KPIs such as adoption, pipeline influenced, and integration depth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in platform partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development at a SaaS or developer-tools company.
  • Proven track record of managing both ecosystem partners and large strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements and understand value flow.
  • Strong technical curiosity with the ability to understand integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Boston or San Francisco.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and prioritize work effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with major cloud provider partner programs like co-sell and marketplace tiers.
  • Background in developer tools, productivity software, or AI-native products.
  • Familiarity with integration ecosystems and technical developer documentation.
