What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy visitor attraction.
• Coordinate and support a large casual workforce across multiple areas.
• Deliver regular team briefings and maintain cross-departmental communication.
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining high service standards.
• Participate in a weekend management duty rota (approx. two weekends per month).

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Hertfordshire.
• Previous experience in a visitor attraction, heritage site, or leisure venue.
• Strong leadership skills with experience motivating operational teams.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
• Practical, hands-on attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
