Salary: £39,276 – £42,771 per annum.

What you will do

• Provide holistic support and advice to families living in temporary homeless accommodation.
• Develop and implement individual support plans to promote personal independence and quality of life.
• Act as the primary point of contact for casework, coordinating with external agencies for mental health, domestic violence, and substance abuse support.
• Manage tenancy agreements, including rent collection and the resolution of anti-social behaviour.
• Lead on safeguarding and vulnerability assessments to ensure smooth transitions into suitable long-term housing.
• Maintain high-quality living environments and ensure compliance with license agreements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Proven knowledge and experience of working with both adults and children.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
• Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including welfare rights and tenancy management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency setting with various stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is desirable for travel between sites.
