Senior Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Deepening engagement and relationships with customers and turning brand neutrals into brand advocates that builds credibility, helps build customer-centric solutions and enhances ’s position in the marketplace with an accent on customer advocacy and marketing strategy. Focus on fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. Relocation support to one of the hubs is available.

What you will do
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy.
- Enhance the case study/testimonial programme to amplify the excitement of customers.
- Develop and roll-out customer referral & customer reference programs.
- Maintain and improve marketing programmes to encourage positive reviews.
- Establish a strategy for an active and engaged Customer Community, fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
- Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to gather feedback and co-create solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience within customer marketing/advocacy, specifically within B2B SaaS products.
- The ability to recognise and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Experience in evolving marketing programmes based on performance data and feedback.
- Hands-on experience prioritizing and running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communicator and cross functional collaborator.
