TL;DR

Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Scaling lifecycle engines across activation, retention, and expansion with an accent on product signals, behavioral data, and multi-channel messaging. Focus on designing high-impact programs in HubSpot and Pendo to drive customer value, adoption, and revenue growth.

Location: Must be based within UTC -6 to UTC +1, fully remote.

What you will do

  • Define and scale lifecycle strategies across onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion phases.
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns using email, in-app messaging, and sales-assisted platforms.
  • Analyze product usage and behavioral signals to design contextual lifecycle messaging.
  • Drive time-to-first-value and product adoption by partnering with Web, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Lead experimentation efforts across messaging, sequencing, and audience segmentation.
  • Measure and report on impact tied to retention, expansion, and overall revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise in activation, retention, and expansion strategies within a SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience with lifecycle tooling such as HubSpot, Pendo, and conversational chat tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate product data into actionable lifecycle programs.
  • Experience working as a senior individual contributor setting strategy and executing independently.
  • Fluent English language skills required.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
