Senior Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Deepening engagement and relationships with customers and turning brand neutrals into brand advocates that builds credibility, helps build customer-centric solutions and enhances hirify.global’s position in the marketplace with an accent on customer advocacy and marketing strategy. Focus on fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. Relocation support available.

What you will do

  • Maintain and enhance a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy.
  • Enhance the case study/testimonial program to amplify customer excitement.
  • Develop and roll out hirify.global customer referral & customer reference programs.
  • Maintain and improve marketing programs to encourage positive reviews.
  • Establish a strategy for an active and engaged Customer Community, fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to gather feedback and co-create solutions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within customer marketing/advocacy, specifically within B2B SaaS products.
  • The ability to recognize and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data and feedback.
  • Hands-on experience prioritizing and running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
