Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. Relocation support available.

What you will do
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy.
- Enhance the case study/testimonial program to amplify customer excitement.
- Develop and roll out customer referral & customer reference programs.
- Maintain and improve marketing programs to encourage positive reviews.
- Establish a strategy for an active and engaged Customer Community, fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
- Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to gather feedback and co-create solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience within customer marketing/advocacy, specifically within B2B SaaS products.
- The ability to recognize and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data and feedback.
- Hands-on experience prioritizing and running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
