What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a library of high-impact enablement content, including pitch decks, playbooks, and objection handlers.
  • Ensure global commercial teams are effectively enabled to use content, tools, and plays at the right stage of the deal cycle.
  • Manage the content lifecycle, including audits, updates, and sunsetting of outdated materials to maintain operational rigor.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and commercial teams to align messaging with buyer needs and market shifts.
  • Track content performance and usage data to inform future asset creation and enablement strategy.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions and office hours to drive team adoption and frontline readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of creating and driving adoption of enablement materials that influence commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and SaaS or Fintech environments.
  • Exceptional writing and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Operational experience managing content systems, workflows, and process governance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders across global commercial teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enablement platforms like Showpad, BigTinCan, or Gong.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), revenue intelligence tools, or buyer enablement analytics.
  • Background in B2B payments or high-growth SaaS environments.
