Location: Boston, New York City, or Redwood City (hybrid). Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $200K - $215K

What you will do

• Achieve revenue growth across all revenue channels for Ambient throughout the East Coast region.
• Coach the sales team on company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Set clear sales targets and objectives, and continually assess and adjust the strategy as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit and hire top enterprise sales talent.
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth.
• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training talent at scale.
• Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue.
• Success in small/fast-growing company environments.
• Understands record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc).
• Driven and loves to win.
