BDR Manager (SaaS): Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing outbound team to drive pipeline growth with an accent on outbound prospecting strategies and performance management. Location: Onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania (5 days per week)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals.
- Develop pipeline generation strategies and manage day-to-day BDR performance.
- Train team members on outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Partner with Sales and Growth Marketing leadership to optimize messaging and targeting.
- Monitor lead qualification processes and improve outbound conversion rates.
- Manage pipeline performance and forecasting using HubSpot.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or pipeline generation.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, and coaching SDR/BDR teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and modern sales development strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs and pipeline reporting.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Warrendale, PA, 5 days per week.
