TL;DR

BDR Manager (SaaS): Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing outbound team to drive pipeline growth with an accent on outbound prospecting strategies and performance management. Focus on optimizing lead qualification processes, mentoring early-career sales talent, and scaling the outbound function.

Location: Onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania (5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals.
  • Develop pipeline generation strategies and manage day-to-day BDR performance.
  • Train team members on outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth Marketing leadership to optimize messaging and targeting.
  • Monitor lead qualification processes and improve outbound conversion rates.
  • Manage pipeline performance and forecasting using HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or pipeline generation.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, and coaching SDR/BDR teams.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and modern sales development strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Warrendale, PA, 5 days per week.
