What you will do

  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential partners in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries.
  • Optimise partner performance to increase customer and revenue contributions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to design and execute partner solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure partners deliver on agreed goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Partnerships role.
  • Experience in a start-up or tech company (Fintech, eCommerce, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of signing new partnerships and driving incremental growth.
  • Located in Australia – preferably in Sydney.
  • Strong behavioural attributes: ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven.
  • Ability to have tough conversations positively.
