What you will do

  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships to drive new customer acquisition, particularly in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential partners and sign agreements with organizations that align with hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Implement strategies to optimize partner performance, ensuring increased customer and revenue contributions over time.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to design, execute, and monitor partnership solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Partnerships role within a startup or tech company (Fintech, eCommerce, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of signing new partnerships and driving meaningful, incremental growth.
  • Must be located in Australia, preferably in Sydney.
  • Demonstrated behavioural fit including Ownership, Humility, Structured Thinking, Data-driven approach, and the ability to have tough conversations positively.
