TL;DR

Partner Relationship Manager (SaaS): Building and managing productive relationships with technology and agency partners to support business growth and customer success with an accent on driving adoption of integrated solutions and co-marketing initiatives. Focus on coordinating cross-functional sales engagements, tracking partnership metrics, and aligning partner feedback with product roadmap priorities.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco, Bay Area. In-office requirement of 3x a week.

Salary: $101,000 - $151,000 (US)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with technology, SI, and agency partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing, training, and service-based revenue opportunities with partners.
  • Support execution of joint sales and marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, and lead generation.
  • Manage day-to-day partner requests to ensure timely coordination and support.
  • Assist in delivering enablement programs to improve partner technical understanding and implementation quality.
  • Gather and communicate partner feedback to internal teams to influence product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, channel development, sales, account management, or business development within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco, Bay Area.
  • Must be able to work from the office 3x a week.
  • Strong relationship-building and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across both external partner ecosystems and internal cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with nonprofit technology or social impact organizations.
  • Familiarity with partner-led go-to-market motions and integration platforms.
