What you will do

  • Lead the execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue and market expansion across EMEA.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities with tech platforms, agencies, and solution providers.
  • Manage partner program operations including tiering, requirements, and benefits.
  • Mentor and lead a team of partnership managers to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key high-value partners to accelerate market penetration.
  • Set and track performance KPIs and deliver executive-level presentations on partnership impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in tech or agency ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through services and technology partners.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Martech and Ecommerce agency ecosystems.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
