What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with premium publishers and media owners in North America.
- Drive account success through data-driven business planning and strategic roadmap execution.
- Evangelize key initiatives including identity solutions, supply path transparency, and video/CTV expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and commercial teams to support revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior publisher leadership regarding hirify.global DSP technology.
- Analyze marketplace trends using internal tools to streamline partnership workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic account management experience within the SSP, publisher, or ad tech ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the US digital media, programmatic advertising, and CTV markets.
- Proven ability to execute data-driven growth strategies and manage executive-level relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
