Location: Hybrid working model for team members near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, and Tallinn, with 2–3 in-office days per week.

What you will do

• Develop multi-year event roadmaps aligned with global sales and regional marketing goals.
• Establish and track event KPIs, delivering executive-level reporting on ROI and pipeline impact.
• Lead the lifecycle of complex, multi-day global events from strategy to on-site delivery.
• Manage global event budgets with financial discipline, ensuring high-impact execution.
• Scale impact by developing global event playbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in event management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software space.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-day conferences across different global regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
• Comfortable navigating event tech stacks (registration tools, virtual platforms) and CRM integrations (Salesforce/Marketo).
• Effective at collaborating across time zones and ready to travel (~15%) to bring events to life.
