What you will do
- Lead company-wide initiatives to reshape the monetization model.
- Rethink how bills for compute, unifying credits, and building toward a scalable pricing architecture.
- Proactively reimagine the pricing strategy, planning for new infrastructure primitives and capabilities.
- Design and run pricing experiments across plans, usage dimensions, and packaging.
- Audit existing plans to identify friction points and uncaptured value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at the intersection of Product and Growth at an infrastructure or database company with strong product-led growth.
- Expertise in consumption-based billing models across a full suite of products and plans.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and thoughtfully designed experiments that measure elasticity, expansion behavior, and conversion impact across multiple channels (PLG, Sales-led).
- Commercial literacy at a deep level and understanding of how margin structure, infrastructure cost economics, LTV/CAC, and pricing decisions flow through to ARR expansion.
- Technical depth to earn credibility, understanding infrastructure and how compute, storage, bandwidth, and egress play into developer experience and application architecture.
- Comfortable in a remote environment and default to writing things down.
