Senior Data Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst: Delivering high-quality analytical insight that drives decisions across hirify.global with an accent on advanced analytics, data modelling, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on cloud transformation, adoption of AI capabilities, and the development of best-in-class analytical practices.

Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days per week in the office. The first month will be spent full-time in the office in Manchester.

What you will do

• Support delivery of hirify.global’s Data Strategy and development of a modern analytics capability.
• Provide analytical leadership for transition from on‑premise to cloud solutions, including Snowflake.
• Identify, champion and deliver improvements and innovations including AI adoption.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical outputs for senior data leadership.
• Produce compelling visualisations and dashboards using Power BI.
• Translate data insight into clear commercial recommendations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a modern analytics environment.
• Strong T‑SQL skills.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
• Understanding of dimensional modelling techniques (e.g., Kimball).
• Advanced proficiency in Python or another analytical language.
• Cloud experience, ideally Snowflake.
