What you will do

• Define and own the overall data strategy across the venture builder and portfolio companies.
• Manage and mentor a team of 7-10 product analysts and data engineers.
• Build a unified data platform and establish scalable analytical standards.
• Translate business goals into measurable KPIs, data models, and strategic initiatives.
• Work hands-on with SQL, data models, and Airflow DAGs to ensure system reliability.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven analytics workflows and data agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data roles with proven leadership.
• Strong background in product analytics and data infrastructure.
• Expertise in SQL (BigQuery or similar DWH) and BI tools like Superset.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and pipeline architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
