What you will do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on Publicis agency and client accounts.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to your sales plan.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform our business strategy.
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process, with experience selling cross-format solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior analytical skills and a strong grasp of customer needs.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.
