Account Director, Commercial Sales (SaaS Sales): Driving revenue retention and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting for new business with an accent on consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and pipeline execution. Location: Onsite in Denver, CO. Travel may be required for key customer meetings.
Salary: $180,000 - $265,000 OTE

What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s solutions and sales strategy, including pricing and negotiation.
- Analyze customer accounts to craft timely and accurate renewal and expansion proposals.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets for bookings, renewals, and expansions.
- Lead strategic account planning and conduct regular account reviews.
- Handle the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure, resolving customer challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive or related sales role with direct customer engagement.
- Proven experience managing Mid Market accounts and building executive-level relationships.
- Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring multi-year agreements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
- Experience in territory planning and developing strategic account plans.
- Successful track record in technology sales within a subscription-based business model.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Clari for sales pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
