Location: Must be based in or near Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid role with office attendance incentives).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive advertising revenue and expand market reach.
  • Manage full-cycle sales engagements with agencies and brands, from prospecting to campaign renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal ad ops and tech teams to ensure successful campaign execution and troubleshooting.
  • Refine sales materials and media kits for targeted client pitches.
  • Represent the voice of advertisers internally to help inform future product development.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of business activities across direct and programmatic channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in TV, CTV, or digital video sales.
  • Established professional relationships with major advertising agencies (Publicis, Dentsu, WPP).
  • Strong expertise in both direct and programmatic sales models.
  • Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals and manage client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be able to work in the Brooklyn, NY office on a hybrid basis.
