Senior Manager, Global Benefits

Location: Hybrid, based in the Los Angeles or New York City office

Annual base salary: $161,000–$190,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Translate global benefits philosophy and strategy into operational programs with Benefits leadership and HR partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, vendor scorecards, benefit spend, budgets, forecasts, risks, utilization, and investment tradeoffs.
• Coordinate global benefits calendars, renewals, enrollment strategies, plan changes, stakeholder alignment, and employee communications.
• Support multinational funding, governance, plan design, compliance, documentation, vendor processes, and audit readiness.
• Develop global communication themes and templates, then measure their effectiveness through feedback, data accuracy, and results.
• Coach junior benefits staff and build capabilities for future scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 8–10+ years of experience in a multinational organization or 10+ years in global benefits design and delivery.
• Experience designing, administering, and ensuring compliance for global benefits programs across multiple countries or regions.
• Knowledge of benefits strategy, plan design, vendor management, renewals, employee communications, wellbeing programs, statutory requirements, pay transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, project management, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with fully insured and self-insured funding models, acquisition integration, team development, and confidential employee data governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the sports, media, or entertainment industry.
• Experience with Workday, benefits administration platforms, vendor or broker platforms, or related HR technology.
• Practical fluency with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
